superred

At late afternoon when i passed the near supermarket on my way to the shopping-center, near the corner just down the street, there were three persons standing in front of it at the street(one of the bigger strets here).
When i came closer, one of them said : "from the shoulders to the kneebends"("von den Schultern bis zu den Kniekehlen"), then they laid there heads back in their necks and laughed.
They looked like actors, the speaker had short gi-like hair, the other two wore black hooded parka, maybe they were right-extremists.
A short distance further, when i had crossed the next small street, a jogger came towards me, he was dressed in bright red training jacket and according trousers, retro-style, and a black ski-mask, as cops are wearing them at demonstrations, or some military in interviews.
Also the way he moved fits to this.
A few degrees celsius below zero, time for superhero.
So behind me he passed the other three.
Then at the shopping-centre there was one who did the nose-gesture when he was in front of me.
And later, in the evening, when i was at a near petrol-station, there was another one, maybe a turkish, he had broad proportions and wore a dark blue quilted polyamid-jacket, while i had to wait, because the assistent knew the guy before me and spontaneously started a conversation about beer-prices.
These two(the nose-pointing ones) did not spectacular gestures, to someone else it would hardly say something, but it's a way to show presence due to constant repeating, and some of them show more excentric or hostile behaviour.
To the petrol-station and back it took me 10 minutes.

The day before there were two of the ones who do a sniffing noise, nothing special, adressed to me only by timing. The first one was a postman on his yellow post-bicycle.

colour thread

Last midnight i was at a near petrol station, on my way back there was a black dressed man with short hair, shaved and grown, maybe in his 40ies, he had his eyes closed and and his forehead frown when walking in my direction. He was holding this expression to present it.
The last time before when i was outside i was at the cheap supermarket, there was a black dressed man, maybe in his 30ies, with bald head.
Both didn't look especially neither like right extremists, nor lefties, don't know what these skinheads were like.
In the morning of this 7th an older black dressed man came towards me, just when i cycled down the street here, with his right hand he hurried touched his cheek, in his left hand he was holding a sheet of paper, the way that it would better fit to a situation in an office.
Maybe it was a police "theme".
Also on the 7th, when leaving the house and opening the door, in that moment a overwighted man dressed in a black baseball-jacket with black sleeves, black trousers, also black boots as i remember, passed in front of me.
The day before at a streetcrossing there was a black man with a black beret, on a bicycle, he had a somewhat nerved or angry expression, when i came closer he looked at me as if he would expect something.
On the other side of the street there was a black dressed man, a lefty, who was watching me, but he did not want that i know that he was doing so.
This was very unusual behavior, because if people are watching me they usually want me to know this.
Also that day there was another black dressed lefty (maybe in his 40s), on a bicycle, he was looking in my face, this had a meaning to him, maybe he was curious, this was immediatly after the third person who made a sniffing noise(wich i had already described, on the 6th febr.).

In 2000 it started with the colours, there were smaller groups of people who wore the same colour. Nearly all colours were used during the year, with red-tones, from orange to purple, dominating.
In 2001 then orange was popular all the year, the theme fits somehow to the support from martial artists, and in 2002 it was blue.
While orange symbolizes buddhism, blue seems to do also, kind of neo-buddhism.
In 2001 there was also a short but intense green phase, that did not last longer than two weeks. The green seemed to be muslim and where opposed to the orange, i think they both claimed that i was the leader of the other, most of them showed up on one of the bigger streets here, it was a cocky catwalk.
At the end of 2002 red was also popular.
Sometimes colours are still used, mostly orange and blue, but far less than during these years. It can also be combined with the basic-sign, or whatever.

From mid of 2002 to mid 2004 there have many black people shown up, it started abruptly, and then decreased in mid 2004, but the structures still exist.
Nearly all were black males with very dark skin, but no older or small, overweighted, teenagers, no big glasses, it seems it was a kind of draft
(otherwisw there are people of any age, male and female).
The first ones were all bald.
They did not wear blue colour, nor did they use the basic sign.
Before 2002 there have been black men only once, two men on bicyles, they said something like "dead cattle", the next persons who came towards me were two long-haired blonde women, looking both much the same, laughing too childish for their age. This was in 99, i think.

at home

My neighbor, who lives in the flat above me, likes to go in his bathroom when i go in my bathroom, and then to make some noise to let me know that he is there (flushing, putting things, loud steps, or even enter the staircase).
He did it all the last year, and he can do at any time, as if he was just made for that. I think maybe in 50% or so he succeeds doing so.
Since the last month of the past year it seems that he has prepared the door of a cupboard in the kitchen above, and when it's windy he opens the window, and then the door closes loudly squiling and rattling, seems that it would need to be oiled.
But it doesn't close really, and due to the wind it opens again to make noise again.
If the wind is convenient this can last some hours.
It's really loud and can also be heared an the street.
The neighbour next to him is an old man, as far as i know, so maybe that's why he does not complain (i do not because i think it makes no sense to try to make conversation, because it's too obvious...).

Sometimes, maybe once a week or so, there is someone walking down the street and then saying a word or a few loudly at the streetcrossing where i live(not much traffic, small streets). A figure that has been repeated a few times since end of the last year is a man(or more), saying something loud or shouting, in companion of a laughing woman. Yesterday there were two younger persons, the male said "energy"(in englich), while the female repeated a vocal in an overdone way, laughing.
The themes could be like a taunting you-really-think-we-are-that-way, or something political, maybe spiritual.
The first persons this year were two nazis, they came up the street, when they came closer the one was singing "you are a poor guy", twice ("du bist ein armer Jung") and when they had passed he thrice yelled "sieg heil", very loud.

This year in a stormy but dry night someone took a pile of newspapers from the pack that was placed on the other side of the street, and put it on the pavement in front at the house. Next to the pavement there is a hedge, and the wind decorated the street with the newspapers, and also the hedge, so the noise of the fluttering newspapers supplemented to the squiling door.

basic sign

When i'm outside i mostly move with my bicycle.
Today when i was riding along the near park a cyclist passed me and made a sniffing noise, then i past a jogging woman who also made this noise, and past the next street crossing there was another cyclist who did so.
This wasn't loud, but they all did exactly the same noise to insure that i know that it's no incident. They were all three within maybe 300meters.
The sniffing noise is in use since 2000, it was added to a gesture : pointing with the finger at the nostril, wich is in use since 1999.

Yesterday(Monday) i had an anonymeus phone call, someone tried to phone me at least half a dozen times, because no number appeared on the display(only "privat") i thought he could speak on the box, he didn't, at the end i took the phone, no one answered, just listened a while, then hung up.

black batschkapp

On the 3rd of january a very dark black male and a blonde woman with 2 small childs passed me, the man said :" your, äh, -not wife-, girlfriend has told me so" ("das hat deine, -nicht Frau-, Freundin mir erzählt") before passing.
Then on the low bridge that crosses the water a very dark black male passed me, running, when he passed me his cellphone beeped. He had no hair, dressed in black, with a black batschkapp, on the first of february already a bald dark black one dressed the same passed me, also running, and breathed out loudly towards me once.
When i just had crossed the bridge there were 3 more dark black males, they were laughing, because they are clearly a minority here i give it a good chance that they knew the one before.
Then near the railway-station there was a very dark black male standing, and just looked at me.
It was not in a hostile way, but it makes me feel like a mobile TV.
In the inner city at a shop i took a shoe out of the shelve and had a look at it, an older white man (not a shopkeeper or so) came closer from behind and said loudly the word "stealing"(klauen), towards me.

man with hat

Today a man with hat, hand in hand with his girlfriend, passed me.
2 days ago he passed me at the same place (about the same time), his chin somewhat fore-/upwards, and soaked in air through his pressed lips, making a noise while passing me.
I've seen him twice before, close to my home, not long ago.

Yesterday, on my way to the supermarket, a man dressed with sand-coloured jacket and trousers came towards me, first jogging, then he walked and put his hand at the zipper of his jacket (neck), as a gesture, while he was looking at me.
On my way back close to that point two policemen, dressed in black, came out of a building and passed me.
They wore black leather jackets("polizei" on the back), no hats, and black cargo-trousers (usually from a special unit).

I won't describe all people that differ from average here, i just pick up some that are easy to describe.
That there are people who show a coincident timing ore want to be recognized by me is nothing special, but if the police would be that, it would.
(There has been odd police a few times before, but none where i wondered that they are there at all, just common cops)
