cap mouth, cap ear

When i left home on the 4th of november, there was a young couple standing at the streetcrossing here and watching me. They seemed to be uncertain, what is different from the usual who watch me or so. The woman was wearing orange upper clothing, the jacket and what she was wearing beneath had exactly the same colour tone. After i had passed them i thougth if i had seen them before. They could have been the owners of the dog on the 27th of october, after i had talked to the man a woman had arrived at the streeetcrossing, also searching.
When i was outside in the late afternoon and came back, on top of the street here a man came towards me in the middle. He was holding his hand over his mouth, in an apace controlled move, the fingers stretched and together, the hand/fingers in vertical position. A don't-talk-gesture. He was carrying a bag and was dressed in grey, wearing a goretex-jacket, hood on.
In the evening someone walked up the street here, saying " adjusting himself again, hahahaha, hm, has this to be ? hahahahaha "( "stellt sich wieder ein, h, muss das sein, h" ). Sounded taunting.
Not much later i was at a petrol station, when i entered a girl carrying a young dog passed me. Inside there was a young man with a rucksack with plastik cups attached to it, seemed to be an angler, standing in line of me. On my way back i passed a man who was dressed somewhat similar to me in about 2000, he had a shoulder bag that seemed to be a container for an exercise/training-staff, and carried other bags in both hands.
When i was outside at nigth i passed a loudly piping man with a rucksack in the inner city.

When i came back from the near supermarket in the afternoon of the 5th, the man with the button-cap from the 31rst of october came down the street, in companion of two men of darker complexion, both looked similar and had mustaches. The two were hugging each other and constantly moving widely their arms and heads while doing so, but looking forwards, stupid acting. The man with the cap was wearing a blue jacket and black leather jeans, i thougth the buttons on the cap had a different shape, looked like knobs now, and less in number, maybe the buttons could be attached to them, not sure. When i had passed them a police-car slowly passed the streetcrossing here at constant speed.
When i had left a shopping-centre in the late afternoon there were three young (white) people standing near my bicycle, one said the racistic n-word to the other guy, the girl there didn't like it, then they left.
When i was outside at nigth two police-busses, one following the other to connect, passed at the near place. Both had only one driver inside.
And two sniffers that day.

Between 4 and 5am on the 6th someone in front of the house made a loud snorting noise, seemed he made it through pressed lips.
And two jogging sniffers, both the same, both at the park that day.

When i opened my window to air, already on the 7th, near midnigth, an older( looked like this, the way he moved ) man passed in front of the house, he capped the ear that was on the side towards me with his hand, by raising his elbow straigth in front of him, then took it back in the same way. He was wearind a dark/black flatcap and jacket, shaved hair. Nearly an our before i had raised the loudness of my stereo, to see when the speakers crank. Not so amazing, 1sec or so, but enough for one of them to do acting about it.
Half an hour later i was at a petrol station, in front of me there were two people, one seemed to be a fireman. When i was waiting a police-car passed directly in front of me/the shop, taking the station as an shortcut. When i bougth something a car stopped behind me, then one of the two men bougth "red bull". Two women, dressed in dark coats, were standing next to a petrol pump, without moving, looking at me. Before i passed them one said a louder certain "yes".
3 sniffer and 1+companion others that day.

In the early morning of the 8th i heared a loud coughing, sounded like the one i described on the 4th(evening).
In the afternoon a woman passed me in the near supermarket, she said "on the bottom"( "auf den Po" ), she then connected to her companion, who looked at me, in a brash way. They looked as if they had their experiences with alcohol/drugs, maybe early 40ies. And a tall man, in his 20ies, dressed in black, turned his head to the side, 90°, and streaked out his tongue, licking shape, after he had passed me, maybe a lefty.
In the late evening one of the "it's my life"-singers was in front of the house, then he and his companion laughed.
About half an hour i was at a petrol-station, same as on the 7th, when i stood in front of the shop/till a dark mercedes stopped behind me, two men, dressed somewhat similar to me, got out, then one bougth a "red bull", then they babbled something like "he understood it" ( "der hat schon verstanden" ). Both athletic men, one had an iroquese-haircut, but they looked more like rigthists.

In the early morning of the 9th a sniffer, a garbage collector( or dressed like this ).
In the evening someone in the inner city said "that's shit"( "...ist scheisse !" ), to be heared. So this could be about anything. He had companions, and other people around also fitted to him, maybe lefties.

When i was my way to a petrol-station( same again ) in the evening of the 10th a man and a woman, both dressed in black, came towards me, the man somewhat ironically said "alsway this self-determination"( "immer diese Selbstbestimmung" ), to be heared. I've seen him before, he worked in a copyshop.

In the early morning of the 11th a man coming towards me gave me an assertive look when i was at the baker in the railwaystation. He had some similarity with an actor in a movie, yesterday on tv. Maybe that's why.
When i was at a bank in the late afternoon a straigthforward-walker passed me when i left, so i had to step to the side.

Their sniffer were mostly routine, just the short defined noise when passing.
Wasn't so much, i have described nearly all, it's colder and rainy, wasn't outside much.
Towards the end of a year they often do less, and in some past years it had taken them a while till they got back to usual frequency.
